OPERATIONS AND CARGO SUPERVISION

• Round-the-clock monitoring: Multimove maintains continuous supervision of all vessel and cargo-related activities on a 24-hour basis.
• Protection of charterers/receivers: Our personnel maintain strict oversight and provide appropriate assistance to charterers and receivers to prevent any disruption or dislocation of continuous cargo operations.
• Vessel readiness: We ensure that the vessel remains operationally ready and fit for work at all times, while addressing operational requirements promptly to avoid objections or delays from shippers, receivers, or charterers.
• Loading and discharging supervision: Our personnel closely monitor the proper, accurate, and damage-free loading and discharging of all cargo. Cargo operations are carried out in accordance with the Mate’s Receipt to ensure the correct preparation of Bills of Lading and the safe delivery of cargo to receivers at the port of discharge.
• LOI verification: Our specialized personnel carefully verify Letters of Indemnity (LOIs), including the authority and signatures of the relevant local bank signatories, where applicable, before cargo is released or handled under such arrangements.
• Weather and operational conditions: We continuously monitor weather conditions and assess whether they are permissible and conducive to safe cargo operations. This helps minimize operational risks and prevent cargo damage and potential claims in the long term.
