We have establish our container division in the year 1995 with The Mission is to know and understands the clients and to render the quality of services as they aspects, while availing opportunities to attract others by virtue of our tireless efforts and constant vigilance. Complete range of full Sea and Air shipment, Forwarding, Customs clearance, Stevedoring and Domestic Transportation services provided within the country.
Countrywide well equipped own offices with well experienced staffs. Now company total employee strength is about 20 personals in FOUR offices in the country.
Companies Chairman, Managing Director, Directors has got an excellent past Shipping Backgrounds of 15-25 years practical experience in handling Liner Agency, Chartering, Manning, Leasburg, Oil Tanker, MLO Agency and NVOCC agency.

Ship Charterer

Chartered vessels are handled by separate department other than OPA in closed compliance of all the available terms of the C/P without any controversy with the OPA/owners upholding cent percent interest of the charterer/receivers for the vessels under loading/unloading as the cases may be.

Both the Owner Agency and Chartering Agency function separately maintaining independent entity as per terms of C/P as if two separate companies – one working as Owners Agents on owners behalf and other working as Charterer Agent on charterer behalf without any contrast of interest as provided in the relative C/P.Read more…

Ship Breakers

This department is set up with personnel of sound knowledge to conduct chartering of the vessel and or to reciprocate with the foreign brokers both for normal vessels for carriage of cargo within our reach and also for selling scrap vessels/tankers among our friends in our market. The valuable foreign Brokers / ship owners are rest assured for correct compliance with the local Custom/Port laws and MOA between all parties concerned. Due to our prolonged shipping practice, existing old relation with all allied authorities and closed familiarity with local scrap buyers we can help for best performance without any loopholes upholding cent percent interest of the owners and its buyers.Read more…

Our old existence and grown up goodwill in shipping provide us effective power to convince such prospective scrap buyers for purchasing scrap vessels through us from our own foreign sources.

Owner Protecting Agents

OPA round the clock keep eyes on all activities including giving strict guard to the charterers /receivers in order to avoid any dislocation in continuous cargo operation while keep the vessel staunch and all the time ready for work without any objection of the shippers/receivers (charterer).Eyes on correct and damage-free loading/landing of all cargo according to Mate’s Receipt for correct preparation of bills of lading or for safe delivery to receivers at unloading Ports. Our specialized personnel verify LOI with signatory of local banks and weather is permissible/conducive for cargo operation to avoid damage claim in the long run.

Shipping Agency

Our Agency Departments are set up separately to handle owners affairs and chartered affairs without any contrast of interest maintaining separate identity for each incumbent as per requirement in shipping practice as if two departments are handled by two separate Agents (2 companies).
